With deep experience in the hospitality and hotel industry, we knew the standard that guests expected. We also knew the industry wasn't delivering it consistently for short-term rentals. So we decided to make a change.
Bonsai Stays was built to bridge that gap — bringing hotel-grade operations, reliable local teams, and genuine hospitality to the short-term rental market across Ontario.

After hearing the frustrations of two property management companies with their existing providers, we entered the Muskoka market with our linen rental program — determined to raise the bar.
After growing our linen rental services from 3 properties to over 15, we evolved to include housekeeping — driven entirely by demand we saw from our existing partners.
With 15+ housekeeping properties and 25 linen rental properties, we launched the full changeover package — making turnovers more seamless and straightforward for owners and property managers.
Now with 80+ properties across our linen and housekeeping services, we work with the top property management companies in Muskoka and have grown into the GTA — with Collingwood and Wasaga Beach coming soon.
